CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zubia Zainab we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order. We do not offer any return of exchange under normal conditions. We only offer conditional exchange if you face quality issues with the product. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality department of the company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.

Within 48 hours of placing an order, you have a right to ask our customer services to cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. We’ll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order after 48 hours. If you want to make amendments after 48 hours, please email or call our customer care for assistance. Please note that, orders cannot be cancelled after the duration of 48 hours.
